While there are a lot of variables to consider here, our goal is to provide you with the best customer service available. We strive to provide you with the quickest shipping service. Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks of payment. During busy times or holiday seasons, these shipping times could take 2-3 weeks. If you need an item quickly, please let us know ahead of time so that we can invoice you with various shipping options that will get your item to you more quickly. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class. You should allow 2-3 Business Days (USPS Priority) or 3-5 Business Days (USPS 1st Class) to receive your item once shipped. Never be afraid to ask for something sooner – we are happy to assist in any way possible. If you would like to know our shipping schedule, please feel free to ask.
As you know, once your item leaves Sweet Southern Boutique, we have little or no control over actual delivery times; especially around the Holidays. The post office states the following approximate delivery times:
Priority: 2-3 days
1st Class: 3-5 days
Please keep this in mind when planning your purchases and note that this doesn't include order processing time. Express Service is available which is overnight to most locations. Please contact us if you wish to add this shipping service to your order and we can provide you with a cost quote.
For time sensitive shipments, please contact us first and let us know ahead of time. RUSH service is available for an additional cost. This cost will depend on shipping. We can provide you with a shipping estimate. For custom embroidered or monogram items, please let us know if you would like to add RUSH service to your order. An additional fee of $15 will be added to your order and we will update your invoice accordingly. Orders received and paid for by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Saturday are considered placed that day. **Please note that delivery times still apply, and the rush service only speeds up order processing** We can add RUSH shipping also which we can give you a quote for as well. Our RUSH order processing Fee is Non Refundable.

If items are damaged during shipment or have a flaw, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
If you would like to purchase insurance on your package, please email us first and we will add the cost to your total purchase.
We would be happy to ship your item to a gift recipient! All of our items are professionally packaged and ready for gift giving. Upon request, I can even enclose a complimentary gift note to your recipient from you. You will be charged a separate s/h fee for items being shipped to multiple addresses. The rate will vary based on items purchased. Please inquire before sending payment so that we can update your invoice accordingly. We will not include an invoice or receipt with gift shipments. Please print your receipt when you pay for your records.
